WHY INVEST?

Culture says to "lift big" in order to improve your overall health and wellness. Strength training is very important. However, the body thrives when your heart is healthy, and all of the planes of your body are forced to work in tandem. While we incorporate body-plane specific days, we incorporate resistance, track-running, and multi-elemental workouts (pool, biking, etc.,) to help rebuild the body.

"Before I started coming to Damon, my mobility was horrible, and so was my diet. I mainly ate out for convenience, but to be honest, I probably should have been cooking, since I was an athlete and played multiple sports. I started coming around 226 pounds, and my goal was to trim up to around 180 lbs before football season started. I worked with him all summer and was able to get down to 178 lbs. I am finishing up high school football with a trim, healthy body, and while I am still making progress, Damon was a factor in my improvement."
